WORK SCHEDULE:

Full Time
9AM - 6PM US PDT, Monday - Friday (1-hour unpaid break)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Outbound cold calling
Send automatic outbound emails
Respond to incoming inquiries and questions from prospective brands
Aim to qualify leads and get them to schedule demo calls. (Commissions!)
Maintain a professional and engaging communication style to encourage interest.
Identify brands that have booked a trial without a demo call. Reach out to these brands to schedule demo calls for a better understanding of the software.
Handle a high volume of 100-150 calls per week from existing and potential customers.
Provide information, support, and assistance to callers in a timely and efficient manner.
Address inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases as needed.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and product knowledge during interactions.

REQUIREMENTS:

Sales experience is required.
**Minimum of 1 year of Sales experience is required.
Meeting booking experience is required
Leadership or management experience is highly desirable.

INTERNET REQUIREMENTS:

DSL, Cable, or Fiber internet connection is required - LAN connection is required (15 Mbps minimum).
Backup internet connection is required (For backup internet, the required speed should be at least 10 Mbps).
